Not just another tracker.
A guide to knowing yourself.
Most apps help you log your symptoms — we help you understand them. Sync is a simple, research-backed app that shows how your hormones influence your energy, mood, and focus every day — for both women and men.

What can you do with the Sync app?
Here’s what you need to know today.
Our purpose is simple. To make hormone health human.
We believe everyone deserves to understand their hormones. We believe in science that feels kind, not clinical. We believe health should never depend on how much you can spend. And we believe education should stay free for as long as we can keep it that way.
Why I built Sync.
When my hormones went off balance after pregnancy, I felt lost. Doctors spoke in numbers. Articles spoke in riddles. I wanted something that spoke to me, simply, kindly, and clearly. That is how Samāh began, and Sync grew from that same purpose, to help women and men understand their hormones without confusion or fear.
