Ingredients

  • A few squares of dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Samāh Seed Cycling Blend
  • 1–2 plain rice cakes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • Toppings: fresh fruits (bananas, strawberries, berries), seeds, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a small bowl (microwave or double boiler).
  2. On a parchment-lined tray, spoon a generous layer of the melted chocolate to create a circle roughly the size of your rice cake.
  3. Sprinkle 1 scoop of Samāh Seed Cycling Blend directly onto the chocolate. Press a rice cake on top.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set and lifts easily from the parchment.
