Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 4 mango cheeks, diced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh dill or your favorite herb
  • ½ scoop Samāh Seed Cycling Blend
  • A chunk of feta, crumbled

For the dressing:

  • ½ scoop Samāh Seed Cycling Blend
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 1½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of ½ an orange
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar 

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing: Whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Toss the salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine diced mango, sliced cucumber, chopped onion, herbs, feta, and ½ scoop of the seed cycling blend.
  3. Add the dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
