  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Add the dates, Samāh Seed Cycling Blend, vanilla essence, and coconut oil to a food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together into a sticky, well-combined dough.
  2. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  3. Pour the desiccated coconut onto a plate and roll each ladoo in the coconut to coat evenly.
  4. Place the ladoos on a tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, enjoy!
